The Arizona Gaming Authority (AGA) has approved a sports wagering permit for bet365, permitting them to conduct business alongside the Ak-Chin Tribal Nation. This action aligns with Arizona’s revised gaming regulations.

Previously this year, the AGA initiated the application process for sports wagering licenses, encompassing one designated for Arizona indigenous communities and two for athletic organizations within the state. The application period concluded in mid-August.

This expansion into Arizona will establish bet365’s presence in a sixth US market, joining existing operations in Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, Iowa, and Colorado. Furthermore, they are poised to commence operations in Kentucky within approximately a month, with pre-registration already available.

The Kentucky launch stems from a multi-year agreement with Sandy’s Gaming and Racing, enabling bet365 to process wagers on Kentucky sporting competitions from Sandy’s venues.
