Bayes Esports, a firm specializing in competitive gaming data, has strengthened its executive team with two key hires. Christopher Bohlmann comes aboard as the Director of Expansion and Financials, contributing over ten years of experience in investment banking, specifically within the technology domain at J.P. Morgan. His proficiency also encompasses his position as an investment head at a private investment firm.

“I can still recall when I began at J.P. Morgan and digital transactions for new businesses were just surfacing,” Bohlmann stated. “As a consultant, I often pondered what it would be like to actively mold a company in an emerging sector. For me, Bayes and esports are the ideal pairing.” He continued, “I am thrilled to be at the vanguard of a vibrant industry and to assist in shaping its evolution with a top contender in competitive gaming data analysis.”

Joining Bohlmann is André Schneider, who assumes the role of Senior Director of Human Resources. Schneider possesses 17 years of expertise in human capital and organizational ethos, having collaborated with prominent names like IKEA and Red Bull. Notably, he furnished support to interdisciplinary groups during the Sochi 2014 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Both Bohlmann and Schneider will work closely with current senior personnel Susanne Ardisson, Head of Strategic Messaging, and Axel Fromberg, Senior Director of Business Development, within the leadership group.

Bayes Esports’ top dog, Martin Dachselt, is stoked about their American venture and the innovative odds system they’re developing. To make it happen, they’ve assembled a top-notch crew: Susanne and Axel are industry veterans, while Andreas and Christopher inject new perspectives. This dynamic group is key to fueling Bayes Esports’ ambitious expansion.
