Rodino’s duties had grown considerably since the amalgamation as he assumed the role of Co-CEO of the unified company. This shift permits him to concentrate on the operational facets of the enterprise. Fernández’s nomination, pending shareholder consent, brings valuable proficiency to the board. He presently serves as a managing partner at Ahorro Corporación Financiera in Madrid and possesses over 17 years of experience on numerous boards across diverse industries. His background in private equity, structured finance, and capital markets, coupled with his CFO experience, will be indispensable as Codere Online traverses the intricate realm of online gaming.
