Beginning in 2017, Choctaw Casinos & Resorts significantly amplified its footprint in the North Texas sports arena. They formed alliances with local teams and groups, evolving into a primary sponsor throughout the area.
To truly make an impact, they’ve enlisted some prominent figures as brand representatives: Troy Aikman, Pudge Rodriguez, and Darren Woodson. These individuals are icons in Texas, and their four-year agreements with Choctaw demonstrate the casino’s commitment to becoming a recognized name.

The XFLs 2018 victors, the Arlington Renegades, played their home games at Globe Life Park. This venue might ring a bell as the former home of the Texas Rangers baseball team. Currently, it also goes by the name Choctaw Stadium, a result of a corporate sponsorship agreement.
Speaking of the Choctaw Nation, their presence in the North Texas athletic realm is growing rapidly. Beyond their association with the renamed stadium, they are major backers of the Irving Pro Tour golf competition. Furthermore, they’ve secured agreements with the Texas Rangers (baseball, naturally), the Dallas Stars (hockey), the Dallas Mavericks (basketball), and even the AT&T Byron Nelson, another prominent golf tournament. Their reach is extensive!
From marathons and rodeos to esports, Choctaw likely has a stake in it. They hold the title of official casino and resort associate for a multitude of events and locations. This includes the Dickies Arena, the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, and even the GrindScape, a shopping and entertainment complex.
