Symplify, a Swedish customer relationship management (CRM) firm, has joined forces with OpenAI, the developers of ChatGPT, to bring artificial intelligence (AI)-driven content generation to its platform. This new feature will enable Symplify’s clients to produce customized content and visuals for their marketing campaigns. The company is confident that this will significantly reduce content creation time, potentially by as much as 60%.

Symplify’s chief executive officer, Robert Kimber, asserts that this integration will empower their clients to stay ahead of the competition. He highlighted their dedication to “enhancing content development” and assisting clients in expanding their CRM strategies while providing multi-channel communication.

The integration allows users to generate content using natural language cues within the Symplify editor. The system then produces text and images based on the user’s input.

Symplify’s chief marketing officer, Paul Crisp, stated that the software will alleviate the workload for users.

“ChatGPT was a revolutionary development for us,” he remarked. “We immediately contemplated, ‘Can we incorporate this into our tools?”

Our testing has shown that this method significantly reduces the team’s workload,” he stated. “For us, the ability to release our products more quickly is a major factor.”
